Flights cancelled by Singapore Airlines

We are sorry to hear that your flight was cancelled. You should have received a SMS, WhatsApp, SingaporeAir mobile app push notification or an email from sqflightinfo@flightinfo.singaporeair.com about the flight cancellation. 

If you did not receive any of these notifications, please update your contact details via Manage Booking or the SingaporeAir mobile app to be updated about future flight changes.

For flights cancelled by Singapore Airlines, please be assured you will be able to rebook your flight or get a refund for the unused portion of your ticket.
 
Customers who require documentation of the flight cancellation for insurance claims may request for a flight disruption statement online.

If you purchased your ticket directly from Singapore Airlines, please visit our Assistance Request Form to request a refund or rebook your flight. 

For travel agency or partner airline bookings, please contact them directly for help regarding rebookings, or refunds. Do note that some travel agents may charge fees, depending on the terms and conditions of your booking with them.  
 
If you are unable to contact your travel agent, you may reach out to your local Singapore Airlines reservation office. If you are a travel agent and need help, please contact your local Singapore Airlines sales office.
