BONUS FLIGHT CREDITS Retain the unused value of your ticket as flight credits

Each customer in the booking will receive flight credits equivalent to the unused value of their ticket. Additionally, all unused adult fare tickets will receive further bonus flight credits worth between SGD 75 and SGD 500.

Flight credits enable you to enjoy greater flexibility for your future travel. You can use them to rebook for travel to a different destination anytime before 31 December 2021. When you rebook, you can also choose a more flexible fare type or a higher cabin class. Flight credits can be used for up to two separate bookings, so you can use any remaining credits for a second booking.

Do note that flight credits do not include seat selection fees, excess baggage or Singapore Stopover Holiday packages. If you have paid for them with your original booking, we will refund the amount via your original mode of payment.

If you have redeemed an upgrade using miles with your original booking, please contact KrisFlyer Membership Services for a refund of your miles. If you have purchased travel insurance via Singapore Airlines, do remember to contact AIG to cancel the policy for a refund.

How do you request for flight and bonus flight credits?

REQUEST FOR FLIGHT CREDITS
Request for a refund

If you do not wish to retain the unused value of your ticket as flight credits, you may opt for a refund. Cancellation fees will be waived. However, credit card service fees (for selected countries) and booking fees (for offline ticket purchases) will not be refunded.

Do note that once a refund is requested, you will no longer be eligible for flight credits or bonus flight credits. If your ticket has been partially used (i.e. you have already flown part of your itinerary), you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your ticket.

If you have paid for seats, excess baggage or Singapore Stopover Holiday packages, the amount will be refunded along with your ticket. If you have redeemed an upgrade using miles with your original booking, your miles will be redeposited to your original account upon successful processing.

If you have purchased travel insurance via Singapore Airlines, do remember to contact AIG to cancel the policy for a refund.

As your booking was redeemed with KrisFlyer miles, you will not be eligible for flight or bonus flight credits. If your ticket has been partially used (i.e. you have already flown part of your itinerary), you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your ticket.

If you have paid for seats, excess baggage or Singapore Stopover Holiday packages, the amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment. If you have purchased travel insurance via Singapore Airlines, do remember to contact AIG to cancel the policy for a refund.
