Usher in a Joyous Lunar New Year 2025 (the “Experience”) is offered by Singapore Airlines (“SIA”) and the Experience is governed by the terms and conditions herein. By submitting the registration form for the Experience, you agree to the terms and conditions here in. 
 
1.              The details of the Experience are as follows:

3 hours (Registration starts at 6:30pm)

Experience details: 

Participants (defined below) will enjoy a cocktail reception and a specially curated 4-course dinner reception

2. To be eligible to participate in the Experience, a PPS Club member must be a direct recipient of the electronic mailer sent by SIA titled “Join Us in Ushering in a Joyous Lunar New Year 2025”. The Experience is non-transferrable. SIA reserves the right to reject any registration for the Experience if the eligibility conditions set out in this clause are not met.
 

3. Eligible PPS Club members who wish to participate in the Experience are invited to indicate their interest by providing the required information in the registration form for the Experience. The required information is as follows:

(a)   their PPS Club membership number;

(b)   the names and contact numbers of the proposed Participants (each eligible PPS Club member may bring one guest for the Experience); and

(c)    the dietary restrictions and/or allergies of the proposed Participants. 

4. Registrations for the Experience will be on a first-come, first-served basis and will be closed one week prior to the date of the Experience or when it is fully subscribed, whichever is earlier.

5. If you have successfully registered for the Experience, you and your guest (as applicable) may attend the Experience and you will receive a confirmation email. PPS Club members who have successfully registered for the Experience and their guests (as applicable) shall be referred to as “Participants”. PPS Club members who have successfully registered for the Experience shall procure that their guest (if any) agrees to and complies with these terms and conditions (as applicable).

6. Participants agree to comply with and adhere to all prevailing and applicable requirements, including any Safe Management Measures ("SMM"), Capella's rules and code of conduct (as applicable), and policies governing the Experience (as applicable), as may be communicated by the relevant authorities, Capella and/or SIA when attending the Experience.

7. Participants shall not bring food and beverages of any kind into and out of the Capella premises.

8. Participants shall comply with the dress code set out in Clause 1 above.

9. SIA does not guarantee that each Participant will be able to participate in any fringe activity held during the cocktail reception segment of the Experience. Each Participant agrees and acknowledges that their participation in such activities is at SIA's sole discretion, and is subject to time constraints and crowd levels. 

10. In the event a Participant that has successfully registered for the Experience is unable to attend the Experience due to testing positive for COVID-19 or any other reason, such Participant shall not attend the Experience and SIA is not obliged to reschedule the Experience or otherwise provide a replacement for the benefit of such Participant. If such Participant is a successfully registered PPS Club member, his/her guest (if any) shall not be allowed to attend the Experience.

11. While SIA shall take the necessary steps and precautions in accordance with any prevailing SMM, Participants of the Experience acknowledge that they are attending the Experience at their own risk. SIA is not liable to the Participants in case any of the Participants tests positive for COVID-19 following the Experience.

12. Each eligible PPS Club member shall declare their dietary restrictions and/or allergies, as well as those of their guest (if any), to SIA when registering for the Experience. However, SIA cannot guarantee that SIA and/or Capella will be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and/or allergies. SIA shall not be responsible or liable for any medical claims, reimbursement of expenses, losses or damages suffered or incurred by Participants in connection with the food and beverages served during the Experience.  

13. By registering for and/or participating in the Experience, eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, no claim relating to any losses or injuries (including but not limited to special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against SIA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and all of its respective agents, servants, contractors, directors, and employees, for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from any cause in connection with the Experience and related activities, including, without limitation, bodily injuries, death and property damage.

14. In the event that the Experience cannot proceed at the specified date, time and/or venue due to unforeseen circumstances, including circumstances arising from or related to COVID-19, SIA reserves the right to amend the Experience details and/or reschedule the Experience at its sole discretion.

15. Unless otherwise specified, SIA will not be responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred by eligible PPS Club member(s) and/or Participant(s) in connection with the Experience.

16. SIA will not be liable or responsible for any separate experiences and/or promotions, including any disputes that may arise in relation to the same, that may be offered by Capella during the Experience.

17. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and all of its respective directors, employees, servants, agents and contractors (the "Indemnified Parties") from and against all actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature arising out of, in connection with, or due to the Participants’ participation in the Experience, the use of any information or material supplied by the eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants to the Indemnified Parties, the Participants’ withdrawal from the Experience for any reason, or any act or omission of the eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants.

18. Conditions of use for the website, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and PPS Club/KrisFlyer terms and conditions shall apply, and by registering for the Experience, each eligible PPS Club member agrees to all of the foregoing terms.

19. SIA may capture photographs, audio, video, and other recordings ("Recordings") of the Participants in the course of the Experience. By participating in the Experience, Participants consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and other processing (collectively, "Process" or "Processing") of such Recordings for commercial and/or publicity purposes across all media, including but not limited to SIA's publications and websites. Participants may object to Processing of Recordings of them or their child by contacting the PPS Club Events team at PPSClub_Events@singaporeair.com.sg or informing a member of SIA’s staff at the Experience. Such consent by Participants also constitutes agreement that the Recordings in their original or edited format may be Processed as described above without further notification, remuneration or compensation, and that copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Recordings shall vest solely and absolutely in SIA.

20. By registering for and/or participating in the Experience, eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants consent that SIA may Process their personal data for the purposes of the Experience as detailed in these terms and conditions and in accordance with the SIA Privacy Policy, and undertake that a parent or guardian of a participating child has been notified of and consents to the same on behalf of the child. If you provide us with any personal data relating to a third party (e.g. your guest), by submitting such information to us, you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of such third party to you providing us with their personal data, and for the Processing of their personal data for the relevant purposes set out herein, as well as all purposes set out in the SIA Privacy Policy and by or for the benefit of the persons referenced in the same.

21. SIA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or terminate the Experience without prior notice.

22. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Experience, these terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

23. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any of these terms and conditions.

24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
