Singapore Airlines

Online or mobile check-in

Check in online or on the go with the SingaporeAir mobile app*. It’s quick and convenient, plus you can do it anywhere and anytime between 48 hours to 1.5 hours before your flight departs.

If the first flight in your itinerary is operated by a different airline (even if your flight code begins with SQ), you should check in on the partner airline’s website .

*Some countries require travellers to present additional documentation at the airport. Online check-in and/or a digital/mobile boarding pass will not be available for these travellers.

Verify your Health Certificates

Travellers are now able to verify their pre-departure test (PDT) and/or vaccination certificates when they check in online via the SingaporeAir website or the mobile app.

Passengers who hold any of these health certificates may scan/upload the QR codes on the certificates when prompted during online check-in:

  • PDT or vaccination certificate issued in Singapore. You are required to authenticate the vaccination certificate first, using Notαrise and obtain a QR code.

  • Eligible PDT or vaccination certificates from these accepted issuers, including The European Union Digital Covid Certificate (EU DCC) and the United Kingdom National Health Service Covid Passes (UK NHS).

This service is currently available to the following itineraries, including transfers to domestic flights operated by partner airlines.
