Flight arrival and departure

Flights may arrive at or depart from Terminal 1, 2 or 3. Travellers with a connecting flight at another terminal may use the Skytrain located within the transit area to transfer between terminals. Transit travellers with a connecting flight at Terminal 2 are advised to remain in Terminal 3 before proceeding to their departure gates in Terminal 2, as only washrooms, food and drinks vending machines and smoking areas are available in Terminal 2 due to refurbishment works. Click here for more information on navigating and timing between terminals.

Lounge access

Eligible customers are invited to the SilverKris Lounge and the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge in Terminal 3. As Changi Aiport Terminal is undergoing redevelopment works, the Terminal 2 SilverKris Lounge and KrisFlyer Gold Lounge are currently closed. Singapore Airlines does not operate any lounge in Terminal 1. Click here for more information on Singapore Airlines lounges and here for other lounges in Terminal 1.

Please note that travellers who are required to stay within the transit holding area will not be able to access the lounge.
