On most short-haul flights under 3.5 hours, you can look forward to a new Economy Class dining concept, featuring an enhanced regional menu with over 40 newly-created dishes, including our comforting congee and gravy-rich mee siam, served in sustainable tableware. For flights more than 3.5 hours, you can enjoy a wide range of cuisines served on specially designed Singapore Airlines-branded tableware. 

You can preview your in-flight food, beverage, amenity and snack offerings before your flight via our digital in-flight menu up to eight days before your flight. The menu will also highlight any existing regulatory restrictions that may impact the availability of your meals on board.
