By registering and creating a Registered Customer account via www.singaporeair.com.sg (“SIA Group Websites”), you may access various travel related services and website functionalities (“Services”) that are offered by Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”), newsletter subscription preferences and profile management services.
By completing the online registration process to become a Registered Customer, you hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions which define the contractual relationship between SIA and each Registered Customer. All persons applying to become a Registered Customer shall be deemed to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. Registered Customers are responsible for keeping themselves informed of the current Terms and Conditions which are posted on SIA’s website. Continued participation in the Registered Customer programme will be regarded as acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.
1. Individuals aged 16 and above are permitted to sign up to be a Registered Customer. If a minor has created a Registered Customer account without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact SIA to remove the data and cancel the Registered Customer account. If we become aware that a person under the age of 16 has created an account without parental or guardian consent, we will terminate the account and remove all associated information.
2. Corporations or other legal entities are not permitted to sign up to be a Registered Customer. Registered Customers are accepted at the sole discretion of SIA.
3. A Registered Customer account belongs to the specified individual and cannot be transferred to any other individual(s).
4. The email address provided by a Registered Customer must be a valid email address which is personal to the Registered Customer.
5. Information relating to any third parties should not be submitted without the prior consent from such individuals (or in the case of children, without their parent/guardian’s consent). By submitting information about any third parties, you represent and warrant that such third parties have consented to the processing (including but not limited to the collection, use and disclosure) of their personal data for the purposes as described in paragraph E of these Terms and Conditions and that such parties agree to these Terms and Conditions.
6. It is the responsibility of the Registered Customer to ensure that all information provided for the creation and maintenance of the Registered Customer account is complete, accurate, and updated. Profile data including the management of newsletter subscription preferences, password information and social media accounts may be accessed or changed either via the dashboard of your Registered Customer account, or by writing in to registered_customer@singaporeair.com.sg.
7. Information provided by the Registered Customer at the time of registration or processed through the use of the Registered Customer account will be shared with SIA.
8. All Registered Customers are required to keep their password secure and confidential and not disclose them to any person other than, where applicable, the parental/legal guardian.
1. A Registered Customer account which has not recorded any activity (i.e. no successful logins) for a consecutive period of 60 months from the date of the last recorded activity will be deactivated without prior notice.
2. Without prejudice to the foregoing, SIA reserves the right to suspend or de-activate any Registered Customer or any part thereof, at any time with or without prior notice, if such Registered Customer has contravened these Terms and Conditions.
3. A Registered Customer may de-activate the Registered Customer account at any time by giving written notice to registered_customer@singaporeair.com.sg, or by contacting our offices via the Contact Us webpage. De-activation of your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
4. A de-activated Registered Customer will not be permitted to login to the SIA Group Websites with the Registered Customer’s account.
1. Registered Customers may create a KrisFlyer account. Upon the successful creation of a KrisFlyer account, we will de-activate your existing Registered Customer account and all relevant information collected under the Registered Customer account will be transferred to the newly registered KrisFlyer account.
2. Existing KrisFlyer members are not permitted to sign up for a Registered Customer account.

SIA shall not be liable (whether jointly or severally) to any Registered Customer nominee for any loss of revenue, profit, business or any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Registered Customer programme, the provision or the refusal to provide any benefits, whether such loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise, and whether SIA has any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
2. For the avoidance of any doubt, SIA shall not be liable (whether jointly or severally) for any loss or damage resulting from the termination of or any change in the Registered Customer programme and their related benefits.
3. SIA will endeavour to ensure the availability of products and services provided by programme partners but will not be liable for any loss arising from the failure by programme partners to provide such products and/or services. Where a Registered Customer uses the services provided by a programme partner, their terms and conditions will apply and SIA (whether jointly or severally) will not be liable for any loss.
1. SIA reserves the right to modify the Registered Customer programme and its benefits and other features, including these Terms and Conditions at any time. This includes changes, without limitation, to the following:
a. Social media log in mechanisms;
b. SIA Group Websites; and
c. Partner airlines of the Registered Customer programme.
2. Although SIA will use reasonable efforts to notify Registered Customers of material changes to the Registered Customer programme and/or to these Terms and Conditions, it is the responsibility of the Registered Customers to keep themselves up to date. Any continued use of the Registered Customer programme will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment.
3. SIA reserves the right to audit the Registered Customer’s account at any time for compliance with the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
4. SIA reserves the right to terminate the Registered Customer programme or any part thereof, at any time and regardless of notice. SIA is not liable to any Registered Customer for any losses that may arise as a result of any changes to or the termination of the Registered Customer programme.
5. Should these Terms and Conditions be available in other languages, the meanings and interpretations of the English language version shall be final in the event of any discrepancy.
6. SIA reserves the right to interpret, apply and communicate the Terms and Conditions. All decisions made by SIA shall be final and conclusive in each case.
7. SIA may assign or deal with these Terms and Conditions in favour of any of its subsidiaries, subcontractors or appointed agents to carry out any of its obligations herein. SIA shall not be responsible to the Registered Customer for any delay in performance or non-performance of its subcontractors and/or agents due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
8. SIA shall not be in breach of its obligation of confidentiality if disclosure of a Registered Customer's confidential information is pursued in conjunction with an order of court, or is required by law or any governmental or regulatory authority. However, if the disclosure is not required with immediate effect, SIA shall give the Registered Customer prior notice of such disclosure, to the extent permitted by law.
9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any unresolved dispute arising under, out of, or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any questions regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force.
