Tap on the taxi icon at the Kris+ home screen.
First time users will be prompted to enter your mobile phone number. This will allow you to contact your driver when required.
Book a Taxi Ride on Kris+
In collaboration with Comfort DelGro, you are now able to book a taxi ride* on the Kris+ app.
Earn 1 mile per S$3 or redeem your miles whenever you book rides through Kris+.
Do ensure that your Kris+ app is updated via Google Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS) to the latest version to use this new feature.

Enter your pick-up point and destination
If you have enabled GPS tracking on your mobile phone, the pick-up location will be automatically filled up as your current location.
Confirm your ride fare and complete the transaction authorisation with Kris+
At this point fares, including additional surcharges, are held. Actual payment will be done after the completion of your ride.
Track the location of your booked taxi on the Kris+ app
Get assigned a driver. You can also track the estimated arrival time and location details of your taxi on the app.
