If you purchased tickets on singaporeair.com for travel from Vietnam and would like VAT invoice for tax purposes, please send request via email with following details in Vietnamese:

1. Company name

2. Company address

3. Company tax code

4. Email address (a copy of the VAT Invoice will be emailed to this address)

5. Ticket numbers

6. Booking references

7. Itinerary

Please send request within 3 calendar days from the date you purchase the tickets. The VAT invoice will be sent to you via provided email address within 10 working days.

The amount shown on the invoice will be in VND using prevailing exchange rate. Please check the details you submitted carefully as the invoice cannot be amended or replaced after issuance.
