KrisFlyer 12 Days of Giveaway 2025 

KrisFlyer members who participate in the Contest (as defined herein) in accordance with these terms (the "Terms") from 9 December 2025 (1700 hrs GMT+8) to 6 January 2026 (2359 hrs GMT+8) ("Contest Period") will stand a chance to win prizes which include product items, KrisFlyer miles, KrisPay miles, KrisShop discount vouchers, Pelago discount vouchers and loyalty programme points.

  1. The KrisFlyer 12 Days of Giveaway Contest on Instagram ("Contest") is organised by Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA"), will be carried out on Instagram, and is open to all KrisFlyer members (unless otherwise stated) who participate in the Contest in accordance with these Terms, including without limitation as described in paragraph 2 below, during the Contest Period.
  2. In order to be eligible to participate in the Contest, an individual must:
    1. reside in Singapore, Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovina, Brunei, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Hungary, Iceland, India (excluding Tamil Nadu), Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Moldova, Morocco, Myanmar, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Taiwan China, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom or the United States;
    2. be a KrisFlyer member before the end of the Contest Period.
    3. follow KrisFlyer on Instagram (at www.instagram.com/krisflyer.official); and
    4. follow the profile of the relevant designated partner(s) for the Contest post (as applicable) on Instagram.
  3. To participate in the Contest, each eligible KrisFlyer member must respond to any question posted by SIA and the relevant designated partner(s) as a Contest post on Instagram, by way of posting a comment in English in the  comments section of the Contest post (each a "Submission"), during the Contest period. There will be twelve (12) Contest posts in total during the Contest Period. Each eligible KrisFlyer member who participates in the Contest shall be referred to as a “Participant”. Participants may make unlimited Submissions on each Contest post, however repeated Submissions containing the same response (including identical responses posted across different Contest posts) will be disqualified.
  4. SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants at its sole and absolute discretion. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
  5. Subject to their full and timely compliance with these Terms, one (1) Participant with the most creative answer on each Contest post, as determined by SIA in its sole and absolute discretion, will win the prize as indicated on the relevant Contest post (each, a “Prize”).
  6. There will be a total of twelve (12) Prize winners of the Contest (each, a "Winner", and collectively, the "Winners").
  7. The Winners will be announced by 31 January 2026 on Instagram, or on such other date(s) or via such other means as SIA may determine at its sole and absolute discretion.
  8. Each Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Each Winner’s acceptance and/or use (as applicable) of each Prize shall be subject to any further terms and conditions as may be informed by SIA to the Winner.
  9. By taking part in this Contest, each Participant acknowledges and agrees that:
    1. each Participant may not submit, upload or publish any content that is inaccurate, misleading, libellous, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, obscene, indecent, lewd, abusive, illegal, political, racist, religious, blasphemous, false, an infringement of any intellectual property rights of a third party, or would otherwise violate or encourage the violation of any law or the proprietary or other rights of any third party (individually and collectively "Improper Content");
    2. each Participant automatically grants SIA a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and royalty-free licence to use (including without limitation, to store, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, communicate, transmit, broadcast, podcast, webcast, or broadcast) and to sub-licence any and all intellectual property rights, title and interests (including copyright) in their Submission(s), including without limitation to repurpose and/or report their answers in other social media posts as and when it deems fit, without informing the Participant in advance; and
    3. each Participant represents and warrants that:
      1. all Submissions are the Participant's own original works and creations and do not and will not infringe the copyright or any other intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
      2. none of the Submissions are proprietary or confidential;
      3. none of the Submissions are Improper Content, nor will they expose SIA to any civil or criminal proceedings in any part of the world; and
      4. the use by SIA and other users of the Submission(s) for the purposes and in the manner set out in these Terms will not require any further licences or rights from, or infringe any intellectual property or other rights of, any third party.
  10. SIA will notify the Winners by way of a direct message on Instagram or via such other means as SIA may determine from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion. The Winners will be required to provide their personal details to SIA via KrisFlyer_social@singaporeair.com.sg in order to receive their Prizes. All details and particulars submitted must be true, accurate and complete. SIA will then send each Winner a confirmation email with details on how to redeem the Prizes will be sent to the Winners by 31 January 2026. If any Winner is determined by SIA in its sole and absolute discretion, to have breached any provisions in these Terms and/or to be ineligible to participate in the Contest for any reason, such Winner's  Prize will be forfeited and disposed of by SIA.
  11. SIA reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to (a) cancel or modify the Contest; or (b) substitute, withdraw or cancel any Prize, or to award one or more but not all of the Prizes, without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. All decisions made by SIA, in respect to any matter relating to this Contest, including the choice of each Winner, shall be final, conclusive and binding on all Participants and Winners, and no correspondence will be entertained. SIA reserves the right to vary these Terms or terminate this Contest without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

 

Partners’ Terms and Conditions

  1. By participating in the Contest, each Participant acknowledges and agrees that:
    Accor Live Limitless ("ALL") programme
    1. Each Winner must be a member of the ALL.
    2. The ALL Accor Rewards Points awarded under this Contest will be credited within 6 weeks of the Prize Winner’s announcement.
    3. ALL Accor Rewards Points are valid for 12 months from the date points will be awarded.
    4. The actual use of the ALL Accor Reward Points will be subject to availability and may exclude blackout dates (where applicable).
  2. Prize Winners of KrisPay miles will need to have the Kris+ app downloaded, and an in-app wallet created.
  3. By participating in the Contest, each Participant acknowledges and agrees that:

    KrisShop
    1. Winners (each, a "Shopper") of the KrisShop Giveaway entry shall consist of two unique promo codes ("Promo Code A" and “Promo Code B”)
    2. Shoppers who have successfully received Promo Code A or Promo Code B may receive a discount of S$100 off with a minimum spend of S$350 on KrisShop.com when Promo Code A or Promo Code B has been correctly entered at checkout. Promo Code A and Promo Code B are only valid from 1 January – 31 December 2026 (12 months).
    3. Promo Code A or Promo Code B are only applicable for purchases with Eligible Products made on KrisShop.com. Promo Codes cannot be applied in conjunction with other vouchers, promotions, deals, discounts, or corporate offers unless otherwise stated.

      For illustration purposes only:
      A Shopper who won Promo Code A is completing a transaction on KrisShop.com with an aggregate value of S$500 on Eligible Products (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied) and applies Promo Code A.

      If S$350 is paid via a valid credit card and S$150 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers the promotional code may be applied.

      However, if S$150 is paid via a valid credit card and S$300 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers, the promotional code is not applicable as the S$150 value falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria.
    4. Eligible Products refer to all products on KrisShop.com, with the exception of the brand exclusions here.
    5. This Promotion is valid for the first two unique redemptions only.
    6. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
    7. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual aggregate amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded.
    8. Promo Code A or Promo Code B cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes at checkout.
    9. This Promotion may be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated.
    10. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

 

Participation

  1. By participating in the Contest, the Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms, SIA's conditions of use of website, SIA's Privacy Policy (available online at http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/), and KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions (available online at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/), and KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms (collectively, "SIA Terms & Conditions"). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these SIA Terms & Conditions may result in the Participant being disqualified at any stage of the Contest, and any Prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed by SIA. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the respective SIA Terms and Conditions.
  2. By participating in the Contest, each Participant consents that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, email address and contact number) or otherwise makes available to SIA may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by SIA, its authorised service providers and its advertising and promotion agencies for the purposes indicated in SIA's Privacy Policy and for administrating the Contest and the Prizes, including to communicate with the Winners in relation to collection of the Prize and for SIA's publicity and/or advertising campaigns connected to the Contest, and further agrees that such collection, use, disclosure, and processing will be without payment or compensation.
  3. Employees of SIA, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this campaign are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Corporations and other artificial persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
  4. To the extent permitted under applicable law, SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any Participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by entering the Contest or the Participant's acceptance of any Prize.
  5. Unless otherwise specified, SIA is not responsible for and will not bear any of the expenses and all ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Contest and/or the Prizes.
  6. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity, or other materials relating to or in connection with the Contest, these Terms shall prevail.
