If you have a Singapore Airlines or SilkAir ticket scheduled to depart after 31 March 2021 and issued on or before 4 March 2020.

Your ticket is not covered under our travel waiver policy. However, we are continually reviewing our policy and encourage you to check back again closer to your date of departure.

Currently, any changes or cancellations you make will be subject to your ticket’s fare conditions.

That said, we recognise that the Covid-19 travel situation is continually changing and we will be reviewing our policy as the situation evolves. For this reason, we recommend that you check our Covid-19 Information Centre again closer to your date of departure.
