Beverage Service
A range of hot and cold drinks is available throughout the flight, including soft drinks, juices, and hot beverages, as well as alcoholic options where offered. Our signature Singapore Sling is available on board, so you can enjoy a classic drink as you travel.

For flights between Beijing and Phnom Penh, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers may check in 35kg of baggage.

In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg, while First Class passengers on applicable Beijing–Singapore sectors may check in up to 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg for safety reasons.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class and First Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your specific allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines flights from Beijing to Phnom Penh once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.

Non-members can purchase paid Wi-Fi plans on board. The service is ideal for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers, so you can stay connected while keeping bandwidth available for all passengers.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Beijing but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Eligible passengers may be invited to The Private Room, the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), the SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities that make layovers comfortable and engaging. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you may consider joining an official transit tour into the city, subject to the programme schedule and entry requirements.

Through-Check Conditions
