For flights between Denpasar Bali and Kolkata, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers may check up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on the aircraft used between Denpasar Bali, Singapore, and Kolkata once the flight is above 10,000 feet. Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

If your Denpasar Bali-Singapore-Kolkata journey is on a single Singapore Airlines booking, your checked baggage is usually tagged through to Kolkata, and you do not need to collect it in Singapore. You simply follow the transfer signs and proceed to your next departure gate.
