For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip is indicated on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

You will depart from Denpasar Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), connect at Singapore Changi Airport, and arrive at Penang International Airport (PEN). All sectors on this route are operated by Singapore Airlines.

We recommend that you arrive at Denpasar Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport at least 2 to 3 hours before your scheduled departure, as you will be checking in for an international flight with a connection in Singapore. This allows time for check-in, security, and immigration formalities.
