For flights between Dubai and Seattle, the piece concept applies for checked baggage. Checked baggage: Economy Class passengers may check 2 pieces, each up to 23kg; Premium Economy Class passengers may check 2 pieces, each up to 23kg; Business Class passengers may check 2 pieces, each up to 32kg; First Class passengers may check 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. Each individual checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg; Business Class and First Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Dubai to Seattle once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, with Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members required to add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Dubai but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible customers may be invited to use The Private Room, SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport is designed for comfortable transits, with themed gardens, quiet rest areas, and extensive shopping and dining options inside the terminals. For shorter layovers, you can stay airside, explore the terminal attractions, or relax at a transit hotel or rest zone.

For longer connections of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you may be able to join an official transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and timing, giving you a short introduction to Singapore between flights. Always check your visa requirements, departure gate, and boarding time before leaving the transit area.
