For flights between Guangzhou and Da Nang, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. KrisFlyer members enjoy free, unlimited Wi-Fi, and Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Guangzhou but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If your layover in Singapore is at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you may join one of Singapore Changi Airport's official transit tours, which takes you into the city to see key sights before returning in time for your onward flight. These are designed specifically for transfer passengers and operate at set times.

For shorter layovers, it is easy to stay airside and enjoy Changi Airport's amenities, including themed gardens, quiet rest areas, and, in some terminals, entertainment zones and play spaces. You can also relax in a transit hotel if you prefer more privacy and rest.
