For flights between Hong Kong and Cebu, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage: Economy Class guests enjoy 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class guests have 35kg, Business Class 40kg, and First Class 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class and First Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on eligible aircraft on the Hong Kong–Singapore and Singapore–Cebu sectors once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.

Non-members can purchase Wi-Fi plans on board. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Hong Kong–Singapore sector, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, while Premium Economy Class provides a 38-inch pitch and up to 20-inch seat width where available. Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Eligible passengers departing Singapore may access The Private Room, SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status.

The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Hong Kong but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If you have a longer layover of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you can consider joining one of Singapore Changi Airports official transit tours, which take you into the city to see key sights before returning in time for your onward flight. Always check eligibility and timings before you travel.
