For flights between Phuket and Cebu, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your journey is always shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members.

The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers. Coverage and performance may vary slightly during the flight as the aircraft moves between satellite regions.

For shorter layovers, you can enjoy indoor gardens, rest zones, entertainment areas, and a wide choice of dining.

If you are eligible for lounge access, you can relax, refresh, or catch up on work in one of the lounges before boarding your next flight. However you choose to spend it, your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait – it is an integral part of your journey.

At Phuket International Airport (HKT), eligible customers may be able to access The Coral Executive Lounge before departure. During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers may access the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status.

Phuket follows Thailand Time (UTC+7) and does not observe daylight saving time. Cebu follows Philippine Time (UTC+8), also without daylight saving. This means Cebu is 1 hour ahead of Phuket throughout the year, so when it is 12.00pm in Phuket, it is 13.00 in Cebu.

For flights from Phuket to Cebu via Singapore, we recommend arriving at Phuket International Airport at least 2.5 to 3 hours before your scheduled departure. This allows enough time for check-in, security checks, and any exit formalities before you relax or explore the departure area.
