For Copenhagen–Kochi flights, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite/Value fares; 30kg on Standard/Flexi fares), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece up to 7kg), and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on eligible sectors of your journey. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Copenhagen to Singapore Airbus A350-900 sector, Economy Class offers a 32-inch pitch with up to a 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class offers a 38-inch pitch with up to a 20-inch seat width, and Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. On the Singapore to Kochi Boeing 737-8 MAX sector, Economy Class offers similar comfort with a 32-inch pitch, while Business Class features seats that convert into a fully flat bed or deep-recline positions, depending on configuration.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Copenhagen but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible customers may be invited to use lounges such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive airside attractions, including indoor gardens, art installations, rest areas, and play zones, which are ideal for short to medium layovers. For longer connections, you can consider joining an official transit tour into the city; these typically require a layover of around 5.5 hours or more and have set departure times.
If you prefer to stay airside, you can explore multiple terminals linked by the Skytrain, enjoy quiet zones, or relax at an airport hotel within or connected to the terminal buildings. Families will find plenty of spaces to stretch, while solo travellers can combine dining, shopping, and brief rest stops.
