For flights between Tokyo and Bengaluru, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class guests may check 35kg, Business Class guests 40kg, and First Class guests 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while First Class and Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines flights on the Tokyo to Bengaluru route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can join the official free transit tour into the city if your connection is at least around 5.5 to 6 hours and fits the tour schedule.
