Please note that no meal service is provided for Economy Class passengers on the Singapore–Kuala Lumpur segment due to the short flight time.

For flights between Xiamen and Kuala Lumpur, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg for Lite/Value fares; 30kg for Standard/Flexi fares) and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg) and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Xiamen to Kuala Lumpur once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Xiamen but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy extensive facilities including themed gardens, quiet rest areas, and a wide choice of dining and shopping. For longer layovers, official transit tours into the city are available, usually requiring at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights.

If you prefer to remain airside, you can explore attractions such as indoor gardens, play areas, and relaxation zones, or book a room at an airport hotel for a refreshing rest. Showers and wellness facilities are also available in selected areas.
