Ensuring the miles are credited into your KrisFlyer account

• You must be a Dorsett – Your Rewards member in order to earn Dorsett – Your Rewards points, which can be converted into KrisFlyer miles.
• Exchange Dorsett – Your Rewards Points into KrisFlyer miles in the Transfer Points section of your Dorsett – Your Rewards account. Do ensure your name and KrisFlyer membership number submitted match the details registered in your KrisFlyer account.
• The Dorsett – Your Rewards points will be converted into KrisFlyer miles within 6 weeks of the conversion.
