We are seeking a Senior KrisFlyer Partnerships Officer for the Loyalty Marketing team based in Melbourne or Sydney.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The position reports to Head Loyalty Marketing Australia for executing the loyalty strategy in Australia, and VP KrisFlyer Partnerships in Head Office Loyalty Marketing for strategy alignment. Key responsibilities of the position are developing non-airline partnerships, increasing KrisFlyer  programme attractiveness and relevance in Australia.

The role looks after (but is not limited to) the following areas:

Growth of KrisFlyer and Kris+ member mileage earn and redemption options in Australia:

• Lead generation, qualification and conversion of potential KrisFlyer and Kris+ partners, achieving our merchant acquisition targets.
• Negotiate contracts and propose commercial terms for engagement.
• Technical setup for partner onboarding.
• Launch and marketing activities of new partnerships.

Maximising the performance of existing partnerships in Australia:

• Proactive partner account management through performance reviews, tactical campaign development and growth strategy development
• Renegotiate or extend expiring partner contracts
• Manage administrative or partnership servicing issues faced by partners and members

Increasing the KrisFlyer membership base in Australia:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas, activities, and tactical 
  campaigns through partners to support membership growth and engagement.
• Support implementation of KrisFlyer Experiences nationally.
• Support implementation of PPS Club events nationally.
• Work with local and head office partners to develop effective communications on KrisFlyer 
  landing pages, eDMs and social media.
• Adhoc support of high-value member servicing and engagement.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

We are looking for an individual with the following attributes and skills:
• Good understanding of the travel market, loyalty programs, and frequent flyer industry. Relevant 
  experience in loyalty programme management and merchant acquisition would be beneficial
• Commercial acumen with the ability to proactively manage multiple partner and stakeholder 
   relationships
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative and negotiating skills
• Sound written and verbal presentation skills
• Ability to analyse data for insights and business development opportunities
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and drive optimal results for partners, Singapore Airlines 
  and KrisFlyer members

This is a full time position based in Melbourne. All candidates must be eligible to work in Australia, as evidenced by Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency status. The position has a salary range of A$64,628 - A$79,729. The starting salary may be adjusted commensurate with experience and forms part of an overall salary package that includes superannuation, attractive travel benefits and subsidised health insurance.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled E-Commerce Executive to join the the E-Commerce Team based in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of local web and landing page content for Singaporeair.com and Singaporeair mobile app, ensuring high-quality and engaging visuals and copy.
  • Update and maintain online and app content, implementing best practices for optimization and conversion..
  • Develop and execute campaigns incl. fare tacticals, promocode campaigns, targeted sales etc. to grow direct sales performance.
  • Execute digital marketing strategy for digital channels such as SEM and Affiliate Marketing
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities to improve overall revenue performance. 
  • Assist in developing E-Commerce strategy and serve as a backup for other Digital Marketing deliverables.
  • Support Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, Corporate Sales and other commercial teams in the development of local web content, and other E-Commerce and Digital Marketing deliverables.
  • Proactively recommends measures to improve commercial operation and performance.
  • Report, analyse and provide actionable insights on direct sales and digital marketing performance.

 

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 3 years’ experience or more in a similar or related commercial role, preferably with web development and/or digital marketing experience.
  • Sound commercial acumen with a clear focus on achieving targets.
  • Strong Interpersonal and negotiating skills; able to maintain and build new relationships effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with proficiency in content creation, copy writing and creative design.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong time management and able to plan, identify milestones, and make critical decisions to ensure initiatives are delivered well and in a timely manner.
  • Previous experience with Google Pmax or DV360 highly regarded.
  • Previous experience with Adobe Suite (Experience Manager, Campaign Manager, Photoshop, and Illustrator) highly regarded.


This is a full-time permanent position. All candidates must be eligible to work in Australia, as evidenced by Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency status. The position has a salary range of $80,929 - $109,260. The starting salary may be adjusted commensurate with experience and forms part of an overall salary package that includes superannuation, attractive travel benefits and subsidised health insurance.
