Beverage Service
A selection of hot and cold drinks is served throughout the flight, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board, so you can enjoy a classic drink as you fly.

For flights between Busan and Hyderabad, the weight concept applies for checked baggage. In Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members.

The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers. Service availability may vary slightly by aircraft and route segment.

On both the Busan–Singapore and Singapore–Hyderabad sectors, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of around 32 inches and up to 19 inches of seat width, providing comfortable legroom for regional flights.

Business Class on the Boeing 737-8 MAX offers a spacious recliner-style seat with generous pitch and width, designed to give you ample legroom, enhanced recline, and additional personal space for working or relaxing.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Eligible passengers departing Singapore can relax in the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Busan but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a wide range of facilities, from themed gardens and art displays to rest areas and showers, making even shorter layovers comfortable. For longer connections, you can explore more of the terminals, enjoy dining options, or relax in quiet zones.

If your layover is at least 5.5 to 6 hours and your schedule permits, you may consider joining an official transit tour to see highlights of Singapore without managing the details yourself. For shorter transits, staying airside gives you access to playgrounds, entertainment zones, and well-equipped rest areas.

Busan follows Korea Standard Time (UTC+9) all year and does not observe daylight saving time. Hyderabad follows India Standard Time (UTC+5:30), also without daylight saving time. Hyderabad is 3.5 hours behind Busan throughout the year, so when it is 12.00pm in Busan, it is 8.30am in Hyderabad.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Single Itinerary: Both flight segments (Busan–Singapore and Singapore–Hyderabad) must be under the same booking reference or PNR.

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Hyderabad is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
