For flights between Cairns and Hyderabad, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite or Value fares, and 30kg on Standard or Flexi fares. Business Class passengers may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Cairns but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible passengers can relax in the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

For transits of about 5.5 hours or more, you can consider official transit tours into the city, subject to current operating schedules and immigration requirements. For shorter connections, stay airside to enjoy gardens, rest areas, and dining options.

Within the terminals, you will find themed gardens, quiet zones, showers, and play areas to help you refresh between flights.
