For Guangzhou to Kolkata flights, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class customers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional baggage allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines aircraft serving the Guangzhou to Kolkata route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Business Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.
