Premium Economy Class passengers may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. Business Class passengers may check in 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. Each individual checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on the San Francisco–Singapore sector, and on selected aircraft and routes for the onward journey. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, including those travelling in Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, when your membership number is added to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. With a longer connection of at least around 5.5 to 6 hours, you may be able to join one of the airport’s official transit tours into the city, subject to eligibility and timing. Shorter layovers can be enjoyed entirely airside, with access to walking paths, family facilities, showers in selected areas, and a variety of dining options.
