If your travel plans were disrupted, please use this form to request for assistance. Priority assistance will be given to customers flying within 72 hours or those with medical emergencies.

You can only use this form if:

  • You purchased a Singapore Airlines ticket directly from us.
  • Your flight was cancelled by us.
  • You are unable to change your flight or cancel your booking via Manage Booking.
  • You are seeking to reschedule your flight due to a medical emergency
    (with supporting medical documents provided), compassionate reasons.
You will not be charged a no-show fee if you have submitted the form before your original flight departure.

Existing fare conditions, such as cancellation fees, will apply if you are cancelling a booking made using flight credits.

If you booked your flight through a travel agency or partner airline, please contact them directly for assistance.
