It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board.

The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic web browsing. It does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers, so we recommend planning any high-bandwidth activities for when you land.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Cairns but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Eligible passengers may be invited to relax in facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge at Singapore (SIN).
