Throughout the flight, you can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. A signature Singapore Sling is available on board, alongside a curated range of other beverages.

For flights between Colombo and Seoul, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class guests may check up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring one piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring two pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Colombo to Seoul once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. KrisFlyer members enjoy free, unlimited Wi-Fi; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Colombo–Singapore and Singapore–Seoul sectors, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, providing comfortable space for the journey. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Colombo but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers many ways to enjoy your layover when travelling from Colombo to Seoul. With a longer connection of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you can consider joining an official transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and timing.

For shorter layovers, staying airside is very comfortable. You can visit themed gardens, explore art installations, or watch aircraft movements from large viewing windows. Quiet rest areas and snooze zones allow you to relax between flights.

Colombo follows Asia/Colombo time, which is UTC+5:30 and does not observe daylight saving time. Seoul follows Asia/Seoul time, which is UTC+9 and also does not use daylight saving time. Seoul is therefore 3 hours 30 minutes ahead of Colombo throughout the year.

For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:
