Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class guests may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class guests may bring 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can choose from paid plans.

The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing. To ensure a stable service for everyone on board, Wi-Fi does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.
