For flights between Rome and Ho Chi Minh City, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class customers may check in up to 35kg, and Business Class customers up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Rome to Ho Chi Minh City once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should ensure their membership number is added to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase paid plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

At Singapore (SIN), eligible customers may be able to access the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin class and frequent flyer status.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Rome but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If your layover at Singapore Changi Airport is at least 5.5 hours, you can consider joining an official city tour that lets you briefly experience Singapore before returning for your onward flight. For shorter layovers, staying airside gives you access to themed gardens, rest areas, and quiet zones.
