For flights between Surabaya and Ahmedabad, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage: in Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

Cabin baggage: in Economy Class, you may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. In Business Class, you may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. For longer layovers at Singapore Changi Airport, you can consider joining the official transit tour into the city, which typically requires a minimum layover of around 5.5 to 6 hours, subject to the programme schedule and immigration requirements. For shorter connections, you can stay airside and enjoy gardens, rest areas, family zones, and a wide range of dining and shopping options.

When departing from Surabaya Juanda International Airport, eligible Singapore Airlines customers may be invited to use the Concordia Premier Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status.
