For flights between Bangkok and Hanoi, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. In Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg of checked baggage, and Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. Premium Economy Class, where available between Bangkok and Singapore, includes 35kg, and Business Class includes 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are 1 piece up to 7kg for Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, and 2 pieces up to 7kg each for Business Class. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Bangkok to Hanoi once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.
