For flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Phuket, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite/Value fares, 30kg on Standard/Flexi), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: one piece up to 7kg in Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, and two pieces each up to 7kg in Business Class. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

If you have a longer layover, consider using airport hotels or nap facilities to rest, or visit the many dining and retail outlets spread across the terminals and Jewel Changi Airport, which is directly connected and features an indoor waterfall and lush greenery.
