Throughout the journey, you can enjoy a range of hot and cold beverages, including juices and soft drinks, as well as a curated selection of wines and spirits in premium cabins. Our signature Singapore Sling is available on board to all cabins.

For flights between Beijing and Seattle, the piece concept applies for checked baggage. In Economy Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. In Premium Economy Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. In Business Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. In First Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. Each individual checked piece must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class and First Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Beijing to Seattle once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. KrisFlyer members enjoy free, unlimited Wi-Fi, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans, which are suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but not for video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Beijing but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. At Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers may be invited to The Private Room, the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), the SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

If your layover at Singapore Changi Airport is long enough, you can consider joining an official transit tour, which typically requires a minimum connection time of about 5.5 to 6 hours, allowing you to briefly experience the city between flights. For shorter layovers, the airport itself offers attractions such as indoor gardens, art installations, rest zones, and play areas to help you relax. You can also enjoy a wide selection of dining and shopping, or book an airport hotel room to freshen up before your onward flight. Yes, your baggage will typically be checked through to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport when flying from Beijing via Singapore on a single booking with Singapore Airlines.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Single Itinerary: Both flight segments (Beijing–Singapore and Singapore–Seattle) must be under the same booking reference or PNR.

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Seattle is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
