Please note that no meal service is provided for Economy Class passengers on the Singapore–Kuala Lumpur segment due to the short flight time.

For flights between Paris and Kuala Lumpur, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class customers enjoy 35kg, while Business Class customers enjoy 40kg, and First Class customers enjoy 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while First Class and Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Paris–Singapore sector, Economy Class offers a 32-inch pitch with up to a 19-inch seat width, and Premium Economy Class offers a 38-inch pitch with up to a 20-inch seat width. Business Class and First Class feature fully flat beds, with every Business Class seat providing direct aisle access. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Paris but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Eligible travellers may use The Private Room, SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and status.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a wide range of ways to make your layover comfortable, from indoor gardens and art installations to quiet rest areas and a variety of dining choices. For longer layovers, you can consider joining the airport's official transit tour, which usually requires a minimum of around 5.5 hours between flights, to enjoy a brief introduction to the city. Shorter connections are well spent exploring the terminals, relaxing in seating zones, or freshening up at airport facilities.
