For flights between Riyadh and Cebu, the weight concept applies for checked baggage. In Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg of checked baggage, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. Business Class customers enjoy 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. All passengers should also ensure their cabin baggage fits within our size limits for overhead lockers or under-seat storage.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet, including services on the Riyadh to Singapore and Singapore to Cebu sectors where the aircraft is equipped. Singapore Changi Airport offers many ways to make your layover comfortable and enjoyable. If your connection is long enough, you can join the official Free Singapore Tour, which usually requires a minimum layover of around 5.5 to 6 hours and lets you see highlights of the city before returning to your onward gate.

For shorter layovers, staying airside gives you easy access to themed gardens, walking trails, rest zones, and a wide range of dining and shopping options across the terminals. You can also consider airport hotels or snooze areas if you need a quiet place to rest.

During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible Singapore Airlines passengers may be invited to dedicated lounges such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status. Lounge access is confirmed during check-in or on your boarding pass.

For most itineraries on a single Singapore Airlines ticket from Riyadh to Cebu, we check your baggage through to Cebu at Riyadh. You will usually not need to collect it in Singapore during your layover. We recommend checking your baggage tag and boarding passes at check-in to confirm your final baggage destination.

Riyadh operates on Arabia Standard Time, which is UTC+3 and does not observe daylight saving time. Cebu follows Philippine Time, which is UTC+8 and also does not change during the year. Cebu is therefore 5 hours ahead of Riyadh throughout all months.

When you arrive at Mactan-Cebu International Airport, you will go through immigration, baggage claim, and customs before entering the arrivals hall.
