For flights between Da Nang and Copenhagen, the weight concept applies to checked baggage. In Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg of checked baggage, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. Premium Economy Class on the Singapore–Copenhagen sector includes 35kg, and Business Class includes 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on board once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on eligible Da Nang–Singapore and Singapore–Copenhagen sectors. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Da Nang but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Some terminals also feature attractions such as art installations and viewing decks, helping the time pass comfortably. Da Nang follows Indochina Time (ICT), which is UTC+7 and does not observe daylight saving time. Copenhagen follows Central European Time (CET), which is UTC+1 in roughly November to March, and Central European Summer Time (CEST), which is UTC+2 from about late March to late October.
