For flights between Fukuoka and Chennai, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg of checked baggage, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on eligible flights between Fukuoka and Chennai. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Business Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Fukuoka but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Eligible passengers may use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and KrisFlyer Gold Lounge at Singapore (SIN).

Singapore Changi Airport is designed to make layovers comfortable and enjoyable, with themed gardens, quiet zones, nap areas, and in-terminal attractions to explore between flights. For shorter layovers, you can relax near your gate, enjoy a meal, or freshen up in rest areas across the terminals.

If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you may be able to join one of the airport’s official free transit tours into the city, subject to eligibility and operational schedules. These tours offer an easy way to see highlights of Singapore without managing logistics on your own.
