For flights between Hyderabad and Osaka, the weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Hyderabad to Osaka once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, with Economy Class and Business Class customers required to add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Hyderabad but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy landscaped gardens, themed zones, and quiet seating areas without leaving the terminal. For longer layovers, you may be able to join an official free city tour, which typically requires a minimum transit time of about 5.5 to 6 hours.

Shorter connections are well spent exploring Changi Airport’s terminals, where you will find rest areas, play zones, art installations, and a wide range of dining options. If you prefer to freshen up and relax, consider using shower facilities or an in-airport hotel.

Hyderabad follows India Standard Time (IST), which is UTC+5:30 and does not observe daylight saving time. Osaka follows Japan Standard Time (JST), which is UTC+9:00 and also does not change throughout the year. Osaka is therefore 3.5 hours ahead of Hyderabad at all times.
