For flights between Munich and Bandar Seri Begawan, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class guests may check 35kg, and Business Class guests may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Munich to Singapore sector operated by the Airbus A350-900, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width. Premium Economy Class offers a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width. Business Class features a fully flat bed with every seat having direct aisle access.
