For flights between Phuket and Bengaluru, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class on the Singapore–Bengaluru sector includes 35kg of checked baggage.

Business Class on both sectors includes 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg in weight for safety reasons, regardless of your total allowance.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service supports messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Phuket–Singapore Boeing 737-8 MAX sector, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, while Business Class provides a spacious seat that converts into a comfortable reclined position for regional travel.

On the Singapore–Bengaluru Airbus A350-900 sector, Economy Class features around 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class offers a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width, and Business Class provides a fully flat bed with every seat enjoying direct aisle access.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Phuket but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

In Singapore (SIN), eligible customers can relax in the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and frequent flyer status.

At Singapore Changi Airport, longer layovers can be used to join an official city tour, which typically requires several hours between flights to allow for immigration, the tour itself, and return to the terminal. This is a convenient way to see highlights of Singapore during the daytime.

If you prefer to stay airside, Changi Airport offers themed gardens, resting areas, and play zones that are ideal for relaxing between flights. Depending on the terminal, you may also find facilities such as swimming pools, cinemas, or nap zones to refresh before your next sector.
