Properties Pre-Qualification Exercise

Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA") invites pre-qualification applications from Contractors for consideration as Tenderers for the Proposed Addition & Alteration (A&A) Works to Data Centre in SIA Computer Centre Building (CCB) at 720 Upper Changi Road East.

Eligibility:

• Contractors must be BCA registered:
  Main Contractor                                       -   under ME01 or ME05 (L4 and above)
  Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)              -   under SY04 or SY05 (L2 and above)
  Computer Room Air-Conditioning (CRAC)   -    under ME01 (L2 and above)
• Contractor must not be currently debarred from tendering public projects, and must be ISO 9000:2000 SAC accredited; and
• Contractor with prior experience in constructing datacentre will have an advantage.

Closing for Submission:
10 October 2016, 1500 hours, Singapore time. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Completed applications are to be sent to the address stated in the Pre-Qualification document. The closing date for submission is 10 October 2016 (Monday) at 1500 hours, Singapore time, GMT +8hr.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
