Ensuring the miles are credited into your account
- Ensure you have submitted your KrisFlyer membership information (first name, last name and KrisFlyer membership number) correctly to earn miles. A name mismatch will cause reward failure.
- KrisFlyer miles are earned only when you have completed the car rental or bonus tasks.
- Do allow up to 30 business days after the drop-off date of your car rental for miles to be credited into your KrisFlyer account.
- Log in to your KrisFlyer account to check your KrisFlyer statements online.
