For flights between Dhaka and Ho Chi Minh City, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class customers may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines services between Dhaka and Ho Chi Minh City once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Dhaka follows Bangladesh Standard Time (BST), which is UTC+6 and does not observe daylight saving time. Ho Chi Minh City uses Indochina Time (ICT), which is UTC+7 and also does not change throughout the year. Ho Chi Minh City is therefore 1 hour ahead of Dhaka at all times.
