Eligibility and requirements
Vaccination and test requirements
Fully vaccinated travellers can fly into Singapore on any Singapore Airlines flight and enjoy quarantine-free entry, with no pre-departure test or on-arrival test required, if they meet the following criteria:
Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 with any vaccine in the World Health Organisation Emergency Use List, at least 14 days prior to arrival in Singapore.
All vaccination certificates, regardless of place of issuance and whether digitally verifiable or not, will be accepted as proof of vaccination. Children aged 12 years and below are exempted from the vaccination requirement. For more details on the vaccination requirements, please click here
All unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travellers aged 13 and above must present a negative pre-departure Covid-19 test result, taken within two days of departure to Singapore. They are also subject to prevailing quarantine and testing requirements. Learn more here.
Other requirements
Fully vaccinated work permit holders do not need to seek prior approval to enter Singapore, but non-Malaysia work permit holders must book a slot at MOM’s Onboard Centre to undergo a residential onboarding programme before arrival.
All travellers can register for Safe Travel Concierge and get access to forms such as the SG Arrival Card. It is strongly recommended to submit the SG Arrival Card before arriving in Singapore to minimise the document checks required.
All visitors should download the TraceTogether app for verification of vacination status while in Singapore. Children aged 6 years or younger as of calendar year are exempted from this requirement.
Travellers who need assistance or have queries on Singapore’s entry requirements can contact the Safe Travel Office here or call the SafeTravel Enquiries helpline at +65 6812 5555.
Unvaccinated travellers
Unvaccinated travellers will be subject to prevailing regulatory requirements, which include serving a seven-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN). Learn more here.
Please note that unvaccinated children aged 12 and below (as of calendar year) are exempted from SHN and infants aged 2 and below are exempted from tests.
