Airport Customer Service Staff
2 Job Description
Be part of a dynamic Airport Operations team where you’ll support smooth flight turnarounds and deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless end-to-end flight operations across pre-departure preparation, check-in/boarding, arrival & baggage handling, export/import cargo support, and post-departure follow-up to deliver safe, on-time turnarounds.
- Deliver exceptional frontline service in both normal and disrupted operations by proactively assisting passengers, resolving inquiries/complaints with empathy and effective service recovery, and coordinating with airport stakeholders to minimise delay impact and restore flights quickly.
- Coordinate, manage, and supervise external/service partner companies to deliver world-class service standards.
- Handle key operational admin tasks, including accurate invoice checks and timely preparation of payment documentation.
- Drive service excellence by contributing to improvement initiatives, representing the team in company meetings, and completing required online training to stay current and compliant.
Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided after joining, tailored to your experience, to help you succeed in the role.

04:30-13:00 / 09:00-17:30 / 11:30-20:00 / 15:00-23:30 / 17:00-01:30 / 20:00-04:30

* 7.5 working hours + 1 hour break
* Taxi transportation is provided for night and early morning shifts
* Shift hours may change according to flight schedule
6 Salary
Fixed monthly salary: ¥196,000 (base salary) + various allowances (according to company regulations)
7 Bonus
Bonus available (subject to company regulations)
8 Allowances
Transportation allowance, Shift allowance, Night shift allowance, Meal allowance, Year-end/New Year work allowance, etc.
9 Days Off and Leave
Two days off per week (days off are scheduled in shifts to equal the total number of Saturdays and Sundays in the month)
* Shifts are created to provide the same number of days off as public holidays and company holidays: up to 23 days/year
* Paid annual leave: 12 days/year

11 Application Requirements
- Graduates of vocational school, junior college, or higher education
- Available to start work around September 2026
- Able to communicate in English
- Basic PC skills (MS Office/Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Holders of a work visa valid in Japan and able to provide customer service in Japanese
