For flights between Manchester and Ho Chi Minh City, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi. Premium Economy Class includes 35kg, and Business Class includes 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Manchester but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive airside facilities including themed gardens, relaxation zones, play areas, and a wide range of dining and shopping, ideal for shorter layovers. For longer connections, you can explore additional amenities such as transit hotels, spa services, and walking trails within the terminals. Guided transit tours into the city are also available for eligible passengers with layovers of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, subject to operating conditions and timing.
