For Milan–Xiamen flights, our weight-concept policy applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Premium Economy Class, it is 35kg, and in Business Class it is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Milan but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Eligible customers may use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and KrisFlyer Gold Lounge at Singapore (SIN).

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities that make layovers comfortable and engaging. With a long enough connection, you can join the official free city tour, which typically requires at least a 5.5-hour layover, giving you a snapshot of Singapore between flights. For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and enjoy gardens, quiet rest areas, and family-friendly zones. There are also transit hotels and shower facilities if you prefer to recharge in privacy.
